Driven by her bold vision to create a more equitable and inclusive world, Frankie leverages her skills in strategic planning, team management, and organizational development to drive transformative change. As the Leader of the Food Justice & Community Youth Service Programs at Advent NYC, she has spearheaded efforts that led to a 20% increase in annual fundraising participation and a 25% year-over-year growth in revenue. Her strategic leadership has enabled Advent NYC to surpass its targets and cultivate partnerships, resulting in a 40% increase in corporate and institutional donations.Â
Frankie's dedication to empowering underserved communities has earned her numerous awards, including the KPMG National Chairman’s Award for Community Service and the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award for Volunteerism. A lifelong learner, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and has recently completed certifications in Anti-Racism and Nonprofit Governance. Currently, she is pursuing SPHR certification to further her commitment to driving positive change.
