Frankie is a visionary leader with over 15 years of experience dedicated to advancing impactful missions and driving transformative initiatives. Known for her unwavering commitment to making the world a better place, she consistently demonstrates her ability to foster collaboration, nurture team development, and deliver results in complex organizational landscapes.

Currently, Frankie serves as the Executive Director of Clowns Without Borders, where she leads efforts to bring joy, resilience, and laughter to communities in crisis around the world. Her leadership is focused on expanding the organization's reach and deepening its impact through strategic partnerships, innovative programming, and sustainable growth.

Driven by her bold vision to create a more equitable and inclusive world, Frankie leverages her skills in strategic planning, team management, and organizational development to drive transformative change. She is also the Leader of the Food Justice & Community Youth Service Programs at Advent NYC.

Frankie's dedication to empowering underserved communities has earned her numerous awards, including the KPMG National Chairman’s Award for Community Service and the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award for Volunteerism. A lifelong learner, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and has recently completed certifications in Anti-Racism and Nonprofit Governance. Currently, she is taking an online course in Community Organizing for Social Justice through the University of Michigan to further her commitment to driving positive change.
